Interagency Training & EducationHome > Training > Interagency Training & Education The mission of the Interagency R&S Training and Education Division is to improve and maintain the operational readiness of the Civilian Response Corps and other personnel who are involved in implementing reconstruction and stabilization operations. The Training and Education System includes an operational-level body that is responsible for day-to-day planning and implementation, assisted by a core of professional and administrative personnel who work closely with the USG interagency community to coordinate and mobilize resources to meet training needs. Through the Training and Education Division and in collaboration with the USG interagency community, S/CRS provides a robust training, education, and exercise program to further develop skills and knowledge needed to address identified performance gaps for the full range of potential reconstruction and stabilization efforts. The training is designed for the Civilian Response Corps and USG military and civilian personnel working in and supporting planning for implementation of USG R&S operations. These may include: U.S. Embassy/Mission staff, regional/functional bureau staff, S/CRS staff, members of the strategic or implementation planning teams (including the National Security Council), USG civilian agencies, and counterparts within military and international institutions. For general information about training please email us at SCRSTraining@state.gov. For specific concerns regarding your agency contact your Response Corps Coordinator or Training and Education System Advisory Coordinator. |
